About us
We run the same stack on our own businesses, every day
Dynamic Digital Marketing started as the in-house marketing operation for a Las Vegas handyman company and a real estate buying business. Clients asked for what we had built for ourselves. This is that.
How we got here
Built to solve our own missed calls
The first version of Alex existed because a handyman company's owner was on ladders all day while the phone rang out. The first static rebuild happened because a WordPress site kept getting brute-forced and nobody could keep up with the patches. The dashboard exists because running dozens of properties from a dozen browser tabs does not scale. Every piece on the services page was a problem in one of our own businesses before it was a product.
What we run today
More than a hundred web properties across the Las Vegas Valley and a handful of other U.S. metros, in home services, real estate, professional practices and local lead generation. Dozens of dedicated Alex phone lines. One intake, one watchdog, one dashboard. That portfolio is our test lab: when a search engine changes its mind or a bot finds a new trick, it shows up on our sites first and gets fixed before it reaches a client.
What we believe about small-business marketing
That the phone matters more than the logo. That speed is a feature customers can feel. That a site should have nothing on the server that can be attacked. That separate businesses should never be linked in ways a search engine can cluster. That a plan should say what you are not doing. And that "results" means calls and booked jobs, not impressions.
How we work with clients
Discovery call, written plan with one price, build in a staged and tested sequence, then month-to-month care you can cancel. Progress is visible in the dashboard and summarized in three paragraphs of plain English each month. If a page or a script is not producing, we say so and change it.
What we will not do
Fake reviews or placeholder testimonials. Bought backlinks. Hundreds of duplicate city pages. Text messages to people who did not consent. Google tracking on your visitors. Promises about rankings by a date. If a vendor is offering you those things, our questions page explains why we think you should be cautious.
Our own house
This site is built exactly the way we build client sites: static HTML, a form that posts to the same intake we install for you, the red TALK TO ALEX button ringing a real Alex on a dedicated number, our real address in the footer, and area pages for Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Summerlin that we hold to the standard we hold client pages to. If something here is slow or broken, tell us; we will fix it and thank you.
Questions we hear on the first call
Who will I actually work with?
The people who build and run the systems. There is no sales layer and no account manager between you and the work.
Are you a franchise or a reseller?
No. The stack is ours: the static build process, the Alex scripts, the intake workflows and the dashboard were all built for our own properties first.
Where are you located?
La Solana Way in Las Vegas. We meet Valley clients in person and everyone else by video.

A twenty-minute call is the fastest way to know if we fit
You will talk to the people who build and run the work, not an account manager. Tell us what is not working and we will tell you what we would do.
