The short version
We build static websites that cannot be brute-forced, an AI receptionist named Alex that answers every call, local SEO pages written for your part of the Valley, and automation that gets every lead to your phone in seconds, then we show you all of it in one dashboard. Pricing is per project and in writing. Ongoing work is month to month. You own everything. The answers below fill in the details; the services page describes each piece.
Everything in one place
How do you price your work?
Per project, in writing, after a short discovery call. Builds are a one-time flat number. Hosting, Alex, SEO refreshes and automation care are separate month-to-month lines you can cancel. We do not publish a rate card because a landing site and a twenty-page local SEO build are not the same job. The plan page shows what the written quote contains.
How long does a website take?
About three weeks from kickoff to live for a typical service-business site, longer for large migrations. The website page lists the five stages.
How long does Alex take to set up?
About a week: discovery, script, number, test calls, launch. Details on the receptionist page.
Who owns the website, the domain and the phone numbers?
You do, from day one. The domain stays registered to you, the site files are yours, and any tracking number provisioned for your business ports or forwards to you if we part ways. We never reuse a client's number.
What happens if I cancel?
Month-to-month services stop at the end of the period you paid for. You keep the site files, the domain, the content and your data. We help you move hosting if you want to. There is no exit fee.
Do you require long contracts?
No. Builds are one-time; everything ongoing is month to month. The terms spell it out.
Why no WordPress?
Because a login page attached to a database is the most attacked thing on the small-business internet. A static site has no login, no plugins and no database. It is also much faster. We removed WordPress from every property we own for these reasons.
Will I be able to make my own edits?
Text changes are made for you within a business day on a care plan. If you want to edit directly, the pages are plain HTML and we will show you how in five minutes.
Do you guarantee rankings or lead counts?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the work and report the results honestly. Our local SEO page explains what realistically moves and when.
Do you use Google Analytics or Search Console?
No tracking scripts from Google or anyone else go on your site. Traffic is reported from the hosting layer in the dashboard. If you already use Search Console you may keep it.
Can Alex book appointments?
Alex collects the details and either warm-transfers to you or arranges a callback window. Calendar booking can be added for businesses that run on a shared calendar; we scope it on the discovery call.
Will callers know Alex is an AI?
Yes. Alex introduces itself as an assistant and never claims to be human. In our experience callers care that someone competent answered on the first ring.
Do you send text messages to my customers?
Only to customers who checked the consent box on a form or asked on the call, and only one message before waiting for a reply. Carrier registration for business texting is a real process and we tell you honestly where it stands.
Do you work outside Las Vegas?
Yes, remotely, with a research pass on the local detail. The service areas page explains how we handle the Valley in person and other metros by video.
My site was hacked. Can you help?
Yes. We rebuild static from a clean crawl of the pages that rank, redirect the rest, archive the compromised install where nothing can reach it, and give you a written report of what we found.
What do you not do?
Social media posting packages, display advertising, e-commerce stores, bought backlinks, fake reviews, hundreds of duplicate city pages, and any tactic that could get your domain penalized. We will say so on the first call.
Still a question?
Ask it here and we will answer in writing
We add the good ones to this page. No sales call required to get an answer.
