Local SEO without the theater
Show up when someone in Henderson searches for exactly what you do
Local search in 2026 rewards a site that answers a specific question for a specific place, fast, with structure a search engine or an AI assistant can quote. That is what we build. We do not sell rankings, backlink packages or monthly reports nobody reads.
What moves a local ranking
The five things that still matter, and the three that do not
Local SEO has a lot of vendors and very few honest explanations. Here is ours. What moves the needle for a service business in the Las Vegas Valley: pages that match how people search, real local detail, technical speed, structured data, and a business profile that agrees with your site. What does not: keyword-stuffed footers, hundreds of near-identical city pages, and "authority" backlinks bought from strangers.
Pages that match the search
"Plumber Las Vegas" is a brochure query. "Water heater replacement Henderson" is a job. Each service you offer, in each part of the Valley you serve, deserves a page that reads as if it were written for that reader, because it was. Our builds ship with this structure; SEO engagements add and deepen it.
Local detail that a copy-paste page cannot fake
Google has spent years learning to spot the "city name swapped in" page, and so have readers. A page about Summerlin should know that it spans the city line, that its homes are governed by one of the strictest master-plan associations in the Valley, and that its residents search in a different register from a landlord in North Las Vegas. That research is the work.
Speed and structure
Ranking pages that take five seconds to load is a wasted ranking. Static HTML gets you the speed for free. Structured data (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, breadcrumbs) is how search engines and AI assistants understand what a page is about and lift answers from it. Every page we touch gets both.
A business profile that agrees with the site
Your name, address and phone should be identical on your site and your Google Business Profile, and the services listed on the profile should each have a page. Most disagreements we find are old numbers and stale addresses. We fix the site side and give you a checklist for the profile side, because that listing belongs to you.
Freshness without spinning
A monthly substantive update (a new FAQ answered from a real call, a seasonal section, a pricing-factors paragraph) tells search engines the business is alive. Rewriting the same paragraph with synonyms does not, and we will not do it.
What an engagement looks like
Ninety days to a topic-complete site, then monthly care
- Audit and competitor pass. What you rank for today, what your three nearest competitors rank for, which searches have real volume in your service area and which are noise.
- Topical map. The full list of service and area pages your business justifies: usually seventeen to twenty-five, not the two hundred a programmatic vendor would sell you. Pages that would compete with each other get merged.
- Writing and structure. Real copy with local detail, internal links woven into sentences, five or more subsections per page so the content can be quoted, and schema on every page.
- Publish in waves. Core pages plus the highest-demand areas first; the rest a few weeks later once the first wave is indexed. New domains especially do better this way.
- Monthly refresh and reporting. One substantive update per month and a dashboard that shows the traffic, the calls and the forms it produced, side by side.
Honest limits
What we will not promise, and why
We will not promise a position, a date or a lead count. Anyone who does is guessing with your money. Organic rankings on a new or neglected domain typically take three to six months to settle, and the businesses that win are the ones still publishing at month four. What we do promise is the work: the pages, the structure, the refreshes, and a report you can check against reality.
When SEO is the wrong first move
If your phone already rings and goes unanswered, fix that first with Alex. If your site takes six seconds to load, fix that first with a rebuild. SEO pours more water into the bucket; it does not patch the holes.
Why we keep clients separate
We never link client sites to each other, share tracking scripts across them, or reuse copy between them. Search engines cluster sites that share fingerprints, and a penalty on one can spread. Your site stands on its own.
Reporting you can read
Traffic, calls and forms per page, per month, in the dashboard. No forty-page PDF. If a page is not producing calls after ninety days we tell you and we change it.
Where we work
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Summerlin in depth, and other U.S. metros with the same method and a research pass on the local detail.
Questions we hear on the first call
How long until I see results?
Movement on existing pages within weeks after a speed and structure fix; meaningful new rankings in three to six months on a domain that has been neglected or is new. We report monthly either way.
Do you build hundreds of city pages?
No. That approach produced thin duplicate pages that Google now ignores or penalizes. We build one page per area you genuinely serve, with real local detail, and merge areas that would only differ by name.
Do you buy backlinks?
No. We publish content worth citing and syndicate it through channels we control. Paid links from unrelated sites are a risk we will not put your domain under.
Do I need Google Search Console or Analytics?
Not from us. Our dashboard reports traffic from the hosting layer and calls from the phone system, with no Google tracking script on your site. If you already use Search Console you can keep it.
What if I already have an SEO vendor?
Send us their last report and we will tell you honestly whether the work matches the invoice. Sometimes it does, and we say so.
