Reporting you can read in a minute
Every call, lead and visitor for every property, in one screen
Owners do not need a forty-page PDF. They need to know whether the phone rang, who called, whether the site is up and where the traffic came from. The dashboard shows exactly that for every property you own, and nothing else.
What you see
Four panels per property, updated as it happens
Calls
Every inbound call to your tracking number: time, duration, the caller's number, the recording, and the structured fields Alex collected. Scanner and robocall numbers are flagged so your call count means real people. Missed and transferred calls are marked separately.
Leads
Every form submission with the page it came from, the time, and whether it was flagged as spam by the intake guards. Leads are searchable by name, phone and date, so "that woman who called about the garage last month" takes ten seconds to find.
Uptime and content
Whether each site answered in the last check, and whether the home page still says what it should. A defaced page returns a perfectly healthy status code; we check the words, not just the number, because we once watched a status monitor report green for four weeks over a hacked page.
Traffic
Visits per page per day from the hosting layer, with no tracking script on your site and no Google account required. It answers the owner's real question ("did the new Henderson page get any visitors?") without a data-science course.
Multiple properties, one login
Owners with several businesses or locations see them side by side. Each property has its own tracking number and its own site, so the dashboard can tell you which one earned the call, which is the whole point of separate numbers.
Design choices
What we deliberately left out
No Google tracking
No Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Search Console requirement. Traffic comes from the server and the edge. Your visitors are not enrolled in an ad network to give you a page-view count.
No vanity metrics
Impressions, "engagement" and follower counts are not on the screen. Calls, leads, uptime and visits are the four numbers that connect to revenue.
No PDF reports
The dashboard is the report. If you want a monthly summary, we write three paragraphs of plain English about what changed and what we are doing about it.
No shared scripts across clients
Each site reports independently. Nothing on your site links it to another client's in a way a search engine could cluster. This is a ranking-safety decision as much as a privacy one.
No lock-in
Recordings and leads export as files. Your numbers port with you. The dashboard is the window, not the vault.
No noise
Alerts are for leads and outages. We do not email you when a page view happens.
Access and setup
Live from the day your site launches
The dashboard is included with every site and every Alex line we run; there is no separate fee for the reporting layer. You get a login by text when the first property goes live. Team members can be added with their own logins so an office manager sees leads without seeing billing.
For agencies and multi-owner groups
Operators who manage properties for others use the same dashboard with a client-facing view: each client logs in and sees only their own properties. Ask about the white-label arrangement on the contact page if you run sites for other businesses.
Data retention
Call recordings are kept for a rolling window and then deleted; leads and call metadata are kept for the life of the account. The specifics are in the privacy policy. You can request deletion of any record at any time.
Where it runs
On servers we operate, separate from your public website, behind a login. The public site never talks to the dashboard, so a problem with one cannot touch the other.
What a normal week looks like
Most owners glance at the phone alerts as they arrive and open the dashboard twice a week: once to check that every lead got a callback, once to see which page or number produced the calls. A monthly look at traffic against calls shows which area pages are earning their keep. That is the whole reporting routine; if it takes longer than ten minutes a week, tell us and we will simplify the screen.
Roadmap, honestly
We add panels when clients ask for the same thing three times. Recent additions came from owners in Summerlin who wanted per-neighborhood traffic. We do not add features to look busy.
Questions we hear on the first call
Is there a mobile app?
The dashboard is a responsive web page that works on any phone. Lead and call alerts arrive by text and email, so most owners only open the dashboard to look something up.
Can I listen to call recordings?
Yes, from the calls panel, with the transcript beside the player. Recordings are disclosed to callers at the start of every call.
Can my office manager have a login?
Yes. Additional users see calls, leads and traffic but not billing or account settings.
Does it replace my CRM?
For most small service businesses, yes: leads, status and notes live here. If you run a full CRM already, we push leads into it and the dashboard remains the reporting layer.
Can I export my data?
Leads, call logs and recordings export as standard files on request or on a schedule you set.

We will screen-share one of our own properties so you can see the calls panel, the leads and the traffic exactly as you would.
