Internet marketing, sequenced
An internet marketing plan for your business, in the right order, with one price on it
Most owners do not need eight services. They need the right three, in the right order, from one vendor who answers the phone. This is where we write that plan: which leaks to close first, what to build next, what to leave alone, and what it costs.
How we think about it
Fix the leaks, then pour
Internet marketing is usually sold as a list: SEO, PPC, social, email, content, reputation, web design. The list is not wrong; the order is. Spending on traffic before the phone is answered or the form works is buying water for a leaking bucket. Every plan we write follows the same sequence, adjusted to what your audit shows.
First: the response layer
Is every call answered? Does the form deliver? Does the site load on a phone before the visitor gives up? These are cheap to fix and they multiply everything after them. Alex and a static rebuild usually live here.
Second: visibility where intent is highest
Search, and specifically the service-plus-place searches your customers make when they need you. Local SEO pages and a business profile that agrees with them. This is the slow, compounding asset.
Third: follow-up and measurement
Leads routed, alerts firing, a dashboard that shows whether the first two layers are producing. Without this you are guessing at month three.
Fourth, and only if the numbers say so: paid traffic
Once the response layer converts and the site is fast, a small, tightly matched search campaign can bridge the months before organic rankings settle. We will tell you when it is worth it and when it is not. We do not run social media posting or display campaigns for service businesses; the return is rarely there.
What we say no to
Reputation "management" that means suppressing reviews, bought backlinks, hundreds of duplicate city pages, and any tactic that would let a search engine tie your site to a penalty. If a competitor is doing those things and outranking you today, our answer is patience and better pages, and we will show you why.
What is in the plan
A document you can act on with or without us
| Section | What it contains | Why it is there |
|---|---|---|
| Findings | What your site, phone and listings do today, measured: load time, form delivery, answered-call rate, current rankings for the searches that matter. | So we agree on the starting point before anyone spends money. |
| Leaks, ranked | The three to five places you are losing jobs you already earned, ordered by cost. | So the first dollar goes where it returns the most. |
| Build list | Exactly what we would build or fix, page by page and workflow by workflow. | So the scope is fixed before the price is. |
| Sequence | What happens in weeks one to two, three to six, and month three onward. | So you know what to expect and when. |
| Price | One-time build cost and the month-to-month lines, each cancellable. | So the number on the plan is the number on the invoice. |
| What we are not doing | The tactics we considered and rejected for your business, with a sentence each. | So the next vendor who pitches them has to argue with the plan. |
Who this is for
Owners who want one vendor and one invoice
Service businesses in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Summerlin who are tired of a web person, an SEO person and a phone system that do not talk to each other. Also multi-location operators who want each location measured on its own, and businesses recovering from a hack or a bad agency who need the whole front door rebuilt at once.
How the engagement runs
Discovery call, audit, written plan, your approval, then the build in the sequence above. Monthly work (hosting, Alex, SEO refreshes, automation care) is month to month. A short written update each month says what changed and what is next.
What you own
The domain, the site files, the content, the phone numbers and the data. Always. The terms say so in plain language.
What it costs
It depends on how many leaks and how many pages. Every plan carries one flat build number and clearly labeled monthly lines. We do not publish a rate card because two businesses with the same trade rarely need the same work.
Questions first?
The questions page covers timelines, ownership, contracts and what happens if you leave. Or press the red button and ask Alex.
Questions we hear on the first call
Do you do PPC or Google Ads?
Only as a bridge, only after the site converts and the phone is answered, and only as a small, tightly matched search campaign. We will tell you if your numbers do not justify it.
Do you do social media?
We syndicate your published content to your channels automatically so they stay alive. We do not sell posting packages; for most service businesses the return is not there.
Can I hire you for just the plan?
Yes. The plan is priced on its own and is written so another vendor could execute it. Most owners who read it hire us for at least the first layer, but that is your call.
How is this different from a marketing agency retainer?
Fixed scope, flat price, month-to-month lines you can cancel, and a plan that says what we are not doing. Retainers tend to expand to fill the budget; plans do not.
How soon can you start?
Discovery calls are usually within a few days; the written plan follows within a week of the audit. Build timelines are in the plan itself.
