The market

Two customers, one city

North Las Vegas splits cleanly. North of the 215, Aliante, Eldorado and Craig Ranch are master-planned residential built mostly since 2000, now entering the first-replacement cycle for water heaters, roofs and HVAC. South and east, the older core along Las Vegas Boulevard North and Lake Mead Boulevard is 1950s-to-1980s housing with a high share of rentals and investor-owned property. Along the 15 and out to Apex, the city has become the Valley's logistics and light-industrial hub, with warehouses, distribution centers and the Speedway generating a steady stream of commercial service calls.

Residential searches

Aliante and Eldorado homeowners search with community names and buy like suburbanites: reviews, licensing, a professional site. The older core searches by need and price and often on a phone, in Spanish as often as English. A page set that speaks to both, and a script for Alex that can switch languages, is the difference between ranking and converting here.

Commercial and industrial calls

Warehouse property managers, facility directors and fleet operators search during business hours and expect a fast, businesslike answer. They ask about insurance, response windows and after-hours rates before they ask about price. Alex is scripted to gather that and warm-transfer the live ones; the intake tags them commercial so you see them separately in the dashboard.

Investor-owned property

A large share of the older core is rental. The person calling may be a landlord in California, a property manager downtown or a tenant. Alex asks who it is calling for and captures the right callback, which is the single most common intake mistake we fix for trades working this area.

Licensing

The City of North Las Vegas issues its own business license. A site that only mentions a Las Vegas or Clark County license reads as an outsider to a North Las Vegas buyer. Your page states what you hold and nothing you do not.

What we build here

The North Las Vegas stack

A static site with a North Las Vegas page that names the communities and the industrial corridors, a dedicated tracking number, Alex handling residential and commercial question paths (and Spanish where you want it), and the intake feeding your phone and your dashboard with commercial leads flagged.

Areas we write about

Aliante, Eldorado, Craig Ranch, Sunrise Manor's northern edge, the Las Vegas Boulevard North corridor, the Apex Industrial Park, the Speedway area and the Nellis gateway neighborhoods.

Growth means new searches every month

North Las Vegas has added housing and warehouse space faster than almost anywhere in the Valley. New residents and new facilities search for every service from scratch, which makes fresh, specific pages unusually rewarding here compared with the settled markets in Henderson and Summerlin.

Meeting in person

We come to your shop or yard. North Las Vegas discovery calls tend to start with the commercial-versus-residential split and how many after-hours facility calls go unanswered.

Questions we hear on the first call

Can one site serve both homeowners and warehouse managers?

Yes, with a page for each and a script that asks early which kind of property is calling. Mixing the two on one page weakens both.

Does Alex speak Spanish?

Spanish scripts are available where a meaningful share of callers prefer it. North Las Vegas is where clients ask for this most often.

How do I know which calls came from North Las Vegas?

Each site or area you choose gets its own tracking number, and the dashboard shows the source page and number for every call and form.
